My class is awesome because it's all about good vibes, having a boogie, and singing along to some great tunes!

Who’s your fitness hero?

One of my fitness heroes is Misty Copeland - the first African American Female Principal Dancer with the American Ballet Theatre. Seeing a strong black female ballet dancer is inspirational for me.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Love others as you love yourself - so don't forget to love yourself fully!

What is your signature style?

Headstand - it helps me feel focused and strong. Press into the forearms and engage the core, glutes and legs as you extend the legs up.

What does your downtime look like?

Downtime to me looks like playing my guitar in my bedroom, painting or sketching in the garden and watching psychology videos on YouTube!
