What makes your class so f'cking awesome?

Feel good vibes! With great music and a focus on working hard, whilst also feeling positive at the end of the class. All about that self love!

Who’s your fitness hero?

Michael Jordan. He’s so inspirational, he knows what he’s wants and keeps striving for those goals with unrivalled passion.

What's your signature move / style?

I love a hip bridge as it really works your whole lower half. I used to get lower back pain doing this, but learning to really squeeze those abs and tuck the hips has totally solved it!

What does your downtime look like?

Baking, well mainly the eating part. Also dancing at any given moment, when a good song comes on I can’t resist.

Whats the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

No one cares about you as much as you think… in a loving way. No ones judging, just do what makes you happy! :)

If you weren’t an instructor, what would you be?

I’d be a Physiotherapist! I’m a biology nerd.
