I bring the positive and motivational vibes, keeping it fun and vibrant!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
Professionally trained as a dancer and always had a passion for fitness. I love staying strong and healthy alongside my career and knew that I wanted to teach and inspire others!

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
I love keeping my body healthy in various ways and in many different forms of physical activity, but my favourite would be running. I love getting outdoors, putting my earphones in and running without any worries!

What is your signature move?
Handstand on the TRX! Push off from the hips first then the legs.

What does your daily routine look like?
Each week is different which I love. I’m not a huge fan of routine and doing the same thing each day, I really like the fact that every day is different- it makes it exciting and surprising!
