What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I first practised yoga whilst volunteering at an orphanage in Sri Lanka when I was 17. The healing powers of yoga transformed my life and how I view the world. I wanted others to experience the magic of this spiritual and physical practice, so I became a teacher!
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Meditate daily, run in nature and eat a healthy vegan diet.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Live in the moment, because that’s all that really exists.
