Rowena is an advanced Level 4 personal trainer with a background in professional dance and has a wide range of skills to draw upon. A specialist in primal bodyweight movement, parkour fitness and a qualified yoga instructor, she loves all forms of movement exploration and enjoys incorporating elements of these different training systems into her workouts. She also loves kettlebells, suspension training and working up a good sweat! Rowena firmly believes that exercise should be fun and rewarding and will keep you on your toes with her whacky sense of humour and challenging exercise combinations.

My favourite place in London for a stiff drink is… Alcohol doesn’t suit me so I don’t drink. I do however eat cupcakes and my favourite brand is Hummingbird!

After work I… spend 10 minutes stretching and foam rolling and enjoying some down time
