What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
Pregnant women are amazing – and my class will celebrate this and focus on the yoga they CAN do, not what they can’t.
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I did my 200 hour TT in 2013 alongside my job as a sub-editor on national magazines – I then did my pregnancy training before having a baby last year.
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
Anyone who gets up and goes to class is a hero in my eyes.
What is your signature move?
I LOVE going upside down. Doing this should not be rushed – condition your core to stay injury-free. No throwing yourself the wrong way up!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Go with your gut – it’s usually right.
