What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
My vinyasa classes are creative and flowing with an emphasis on moving with curiosity in a way that feels good for you.
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I did my first yoga teacher training in India a while back and since then I’ve done many more trainings (in a variety of styles including vinyasa, yin, mandala, rocket and ashtanga) and have taught full time in both London and Bali, where I lived for a while.
What makes you, you?
I have a big smile and a big open heart! I love to explore and treat life as a process of following my curiosity and believe that every experience is an unfolding onto the next.
What does your downtime look like?
A veggie Sunday roast and a walk along the canal on a sunny day would be pretty great!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
You’re never too old and it’s never too late to try something new or head down a different path.
If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??
Well, aside from teaching yoga I’m a self-love coach. I work with women, guiding them to love themselves and release the blocks they have to feeling worthy so that they can live lives that feel purposeful and passionate. I do this work through 1:1 coaching, group programs, workshops and retreats.
