Sabrina enjoyed a banking career for over a decade in New York and London having balanced the long working hours with daily gym sessions, indoors cycling, running and yoga. Around 2011 she was introduced to Pilates which she fell in love with so much that she ended up quitting her career to follow her dreams to become a Pilates teacher. Sabrina completed her mat and reformer training with Body Control Pilates and is also Barre certified. Sabrina qualified in pre- and post-natal Pilates and is adamant on the wonders of Pilates for pregnancy which enabled her to regain her strength shortly after the birth of her babies, twice.
Sabrina’s classes are dynamic, challenging, and accurate. She cares about keeping good form whilst challenging the body and making the exercises fun. She is very hands-on with modifications to suit everyone. Sabrina likes her clients feeling strong and “taller” after each class.
