What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

Expect my class to be challenging yet playful with dynamic and fluid movement, breath work and relaxation. I hope you will leave the mat feeling refreshed and like you’ve had a full body massage.

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I left my corporate job in the city to train as a yoga instructor in India and haven’t looked back since. I now split my time between working as a freelance journalist and my passion in life: yoga.

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

A really sweaty workout to get those endorphins flowing.

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

I’m all about finding balance in my life and listening to my body. Sometimes it wants a HIIT class and others it just needs a yummy Yin session.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Michael James Wong and Cat Meffan who are incredible yoga teachers and continue to inspire me daily.

What is your signature move?

I love Crow pose (Bakasana) because when you master it you feel like a total badass. My top tip is don’t look down as you’re likely to faceplant!

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

A yoga class followed by a smoothie (preferably a Framer!).

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

I am enough.
