I’m a lively little yoga teacher, blogger and food stylist with a passion for periods, porridge and people (not in that order). Born and raised in London, I’ve now made a bold move to East London and spend my days teaching yoga, creating recipes, working for other fabulous bloggers & food styling, as well as trying to explore as much of the world as possible.
If I wasn’t a yoga teacher I’d be a… dog walker (I love both walking & dogs)
My training style is Yoga & Barre – slow & intentional.
My favourite place in London for a stiff drink… Along the canal in East London.
My ideal breakfast is….. Some sort of delicious combo of eggs & extravagant things on sourdough with an oat milk latte.

After work I…. Cook & try to laugh as much as possible.
My favourite time of day is… Mornings, before the rest of the world has woken up.
If I were a colour, I’d be… olive green
My favourite on the go snack is… chocolate rice cakes from Pret or a slice of banana bread.
My biggest release is…. Swimming in the sea
You wouldn’t know that I… Have a fear of moths.
My biggest vice is… Crisps.
