Shannon Pleass

Having worked as a personal trainer & group exercise instructor before spending 3 years as a PA, it was joining Frame as a member that made Shannon want to return to a career in fitness. A chance encounter led to her Frame instructor trial & the rest, as they say, is history! Shannon has always been keen on variation when it comes to fitness, trying different classes, sports & activities; her classes take inspiration from all of these, always delivered with an eclectic playlist & smile on her face. Currently also studying to be a soft tissue therapist, Shannon wants to use this knowledge to complement her teaching & create workouts that are effective, functional & keep everyone moving in the way that is best for their bodies.

If I wasn’t and instructor I’d be a…dream answer? Circus performer. More realistic? Chef or baker.

My training style is…a little bit of everything.

The song that’s in heavy rotation on my workout playlist…anything by Missy Elliot, Disclosure…whatever makes me want to do a little dance. William Singe for a cool down.

After work I…cook, watch films, play netball or whatever mad activities London has to offer (most recently axe throwing…)

My biggest release is…exercise! Especially boxing.
