What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I am a professional dancer, however there’s nothing like a global pandemic to completely turn everything upside down. Pilates has helped me so much through dancing with various injuries, so I wanted to be there to help others like my coaches helped me. During lockdown I trained to become an instructor and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Who’s your fitness hero?

Shakira, I mean... come on

What is your signature move / style?

We absolutely love a dramatic pose, a hair whip, anything to make you feel like a superstar.

What does your downtime look like?

Snacking or sleeping

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

If it’s not dancing my worries away, it's Pilates. I honestly can’t get enough of Reformer. It ticks all the boxes and is so enjoyable

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

If you’re still thinking about it in 2 days, go back and buy it

Guilty pleasure?

Almond butter with dates, or just a spoon. Except I don’t feel guilty one bit about how delicious it is.
