What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I come from a Performing Arts background studying Musical Theatre at The BRIT School of performing arts then gaining my Dance degree at Middlesex University. During my studies I started teaching on the side at small local gyms then fell in LOVE with Pilates when I started teaching at Frame… the rest is history.

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Moving my body as much as I can throughout the day. I always walk instead of catching the bus, I try to do a class most days and try to catch 10 minutes of meditation every day (although I do find this quite a challenge).

What does your downtime look like?

Sitting on the sofa with chocolate watching Love Island.. can’t wait until next year… it will be on twice!
