What makes your class so f'cking awesome?
My ultimate aim is to always leave you feeling better by the end of it- more aligned, more energised, more ready to face the world!
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
Whilst working in musical theatre I found a love of yoga and started casually teaching a little bit to fellow performers. Turned out I got a real buzz from it so went on to do a teacher training. I then also discovered the world of reformer Pilates that was a game-changer!
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
For me, the mental benefits outweigh the physical gains. Keeping active and the vibes high genuinely makes me a nicer person to be around.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Don’t sweat the small stuff.
