The music, the energy and the support. I help you to push pass the limits you never knew you had.

What is your signature move?
Bear Crawls: Works everything!
Make sure you keep your
1. Wrist underneath your shoulders
2. Knees an inch or two off the floor.
3. Back as neutral as possible.
A lot of people tend to rush through this which means their hips raise and there is too much pressure on their shoulders.
Take your time, take purposeful strides and really feel your core engaging.

What people think I don’t see when my back is turned…
Setting up their cameras phones to instagram or Snapchat their hard work. I don’t mind at all, let me know at the beginning of class and you can set up the best angles. Then you can focus on the WHOLE workout. (oh and don’t forget to tag me @SYLVIAGAINS.LDN ?)

What does your downtime look like?
After getting my training in, every and anything relaxing. Mostly listening to radio dramas, meditative podcasts and getting in a nap or two. Recharging so I can give my all to my class members.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Be yourself, everyone else is already taken and do something today your future self will thank you for. fsyl
