What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

Expect an inviting space to explore and play with movement. We build the energy in the room together with a grounding and energetic practice, it’s a chance to get to know yourself a little better and find what feels good in your body!

What is your signature move / style?

I love a balance! All the floating around on one leg, with nothing but the unsteadiness to concentrate on so it means you have to work with the wobbles. The more you let the wobbles be a part of the practice, the steadier you will become.

What does your downtime look like?

Time outside in nature – a little or long walk, that all important time to myself to just go wherever my feet carry me in the moment.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Listen to your heart and be your authentic self, proud, unique and true.

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??

I would love to be a marine conservationist/Free diver – In the sea the whole time, with all the Sea life and pretending to be the mermaid I know I am deep down!

Guilty pleasure?

All the pasta without much of the guilt!

What people think I don’t see when my back is turned…

Their fingers relaxing and closing together! Spread the fingers and engage the fingertips is one of my most said things!

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

To laugh and not take it too seriously! The joy of being able to move, dance and explore is to laugh in the hardest parts and congratulate yourself for showing up!
