What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I was a national level sprinter and then started playing rugby, studied sports science at university followed by my personal training qualification.
What is your signature move?
The deadlift, a great tip would be the importance of great core strength and how to hinge effectively.
What people think I don’t see when my back is turned…
Trying to relax during the workout but I see everything I have eyes at the back of my head.
What makes you, you?
I push my clients hard whilst still focusing on technique with a sprinkle of niceness.
What does your downtime look like?
I love to eat food and lots of it!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
If somebody is intimidated by you they are the problem don’t change!
