With my dad being athletics coach I was always very active. I started doing sports at a very young age. I did karate as a kid, played basketball for 7 years and I competed in light athletics for 5 years. I’ve been snowboarding since I was 15 years old and I am also a Snowboarding Instructor. My bigest passion is dance and I have been dancing professionally since I was 18.
I studied fitness in Sydney, Australia and after finishing my studies there I moved to New York City where I studied dance at Broadway Dance Center and performed in many NYC venues for 2,5 years. I currently live back in London, teach dance, I am part of a Hip Hop dance company and I am very excited to be one of the Frame’s new instructors as well!
