What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

High energy, good vibes only, challenging but fun! We’re basically partying while working out!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

My dad is an athletic coach so I’ve been doing sports all my life. I stood on skis for the first time when I was 3 years old, I played basketball for about 7 years and I also did athletics for about 6 years (not mentioning all the other sports I did in between). I started dancing when I was 15 which became my main focus for years, however, fitness (accidentally) drew me back in. I did my qualification in Australia, as I had to study “something” and to be doing something active seemed like the right choice for me. And thank goodness I did that because it made me realize how much I love it and how much I love helping others to get fitter, healthier and to achieve their goals.

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

100% by moving my frame and by finding enough time for myself (“mytime”), my friends and my hobbies!

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

My dad! He’s 73 years old now but he’s still very active. He cycles and swims on a daily basis as well as exercises every morning and/or afternoon at home. And you’ll see him cross country skiing almost every day in winter!

Something we didn’t know?

I’m a house dancer as well as a snowboarding instructor.
