What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
Welcoming, high energy and great vibes, all set to some great music! My classes are always both challenging and fun.
What is your signature style?
Anything to help work the glutes! From glute bridges to deadlifts, I always give cues to make sure those glutes are really being engaged and strengthened. Working these muscles can help make sure you’re supported in other day to day activities, they’re so important!
What makes you, you?
Alongside teaching, I also work in publishing. I get how tricky it can be sometimes to carve out time for exercise, which is why I love helping people get their daily movement in a fun way that suits all levels.
What does your downtime look like?

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
I love to head to a class with a friend and then enjoy some great food afterwards. Exercise, socializing and nourishment – the best combination!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Listen to your body – you know what works for you and what doesn’t on any given day.
