First delved into the big smoke to train as an actor/singer. Since then I’ve had the absolute pleasure of performing in London and around the world. My fitness journey started from the early age of 10 where I watched Gladiators on a Saturday night shovelling cheese toasties down my neck. Here I became obsessed with the body and doing dangerous activities! This passion moved into WWE wrestling and then progressed into more acceptable behaviours like Football, Cricket and even baking.
My training style is… positive and motivational
My ideal breakfast is… anything that involves banana and peanut butter
My favourite on the go snack is… a moist brownie
