What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

Pilates isn’t my day job, I’m actually an accountant. A friend introduced me to Pilates five years ago and I was hooked straight away. I loved how strong and lengthened I felt so decided to train as a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor.

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Do Pilates! And drink wine with friends!

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

My day job is very sedentary and stressful so its important to realign and relax by doing Pilates.

What is your signature move?

Glute bridge...or back rowing. Both important if you sit at a desk all day!

Guilty pleasure?

None...why feel guilty!?
