Yoga has taught me so much about myself, about how I view the world and about how we can be our best selves. Everyone will take something unique from yoga, and all our journeys are different. What excites me is that, as a teacher, I have the opportunity, responsibility and privilege, to help guide people into a safe space in which to discover their own path.
My classes are strong but accessible with the focus on creating a space in which we can all let go a little.. be that letting go of the need to “win” at yoga, or of our preconceived idea of what any given pose “should” look like. There is no right or wrong, no set aesthetic, just ourselves, our bodies and our breath. Personally, I think that is pretty awesome!

If I wasn’t a yoga teacher I’d be…
A nomad.

My training style is…
Eclectic, variety is key.

My favourite place in London for a stiff drink…
Love Shack near Bethnal Green.

My ideal breakfast is..
Coffees (yes, plural)

My favourite time of day is..
The morning, I’ve always been an early bird, there’s just so much of the day to look forward to & enjoy.

If I were a colour I’d be…
Green. Not sure why but who doesn’t love nature & greenery?!

My favourite on the go snack is…
Dark chocolate covered rice cakes. Pretty much guaranteed I’ll always have some stashed in my bag!

My biggest release is…

You wouldn’t know that…
I am a qualified chartered accountant here and in the US and used to be a financial manager in the City before shifting to the yoga life.

My biggest vice is…
Coffee. But I’m okay with that 🙂
