What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I just knew that my happy place is with music and movement in the studio. It can be a heavy kettlebell workout or a Beyonce dance class, whenever I’m moving I’m my happiest. My life goal was to be able to teach and spread the positive energy in the studio and to give the same experience to people. While having an everyday job was really hard to make this happen so one day I just left my job and started focusing on this dream. Once I didn’t let anything to hold me back it has just happened!
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Dancing!! I can do it all day long. It helps me to feel happy and sexy in my body, helps to reduce stress and burns calories without even realising it.
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Some days I really wanna go for some heavyweights and some days I just wanna let my hair down and dance or you can find me in a Yin class. I always listen to my heart and body now as it has such an impact on my everyday life.
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
Diana. She is a Frame Instructor and one of my good friends too, she has supported me from day one. She is the strongest woman I have ever met. She is my absolutely my idol!
What is your signature move?
Jumps. I love a good squat/lunge jump or jumping jacks. I love anything that is high energy, just make sure you listen to my tips and to your body!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Believe in yourself. We are capable of anything and if you want something deep in your heart don’t give up on that.
