What makes your class so f'ing awesome?

My classes are challenging but achievable. Come as you are to strengthen within your limits and we will grow from there.

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I’ve always loved movement in general, I became aware of - and a little addicted to - the benefits very early on. Pilates is what connected my mind to the movement and taught me how to use my body as a whole, rather than targeting one muscle group at a time, which unsurprisingly, is a much more effective way to train. I feel more in control of more my body than I ever have, and would love for the whole world to experience that.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Anyone that prioritises their physical health is a fitness hero to me!

What does your downtime look like?

Long walks, cake baking and cat photoshoots.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Compare yourself to no-one.

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??

Mmm a pastry chef!
