Frame Academy is the teacher training arm of Frame and is best known for pioneering the modern day specialist studio instructor movement in London. The mission of the Frame Academy is to improve the quality and consistency of Teacher Training in the Fitness and Reformer Pilates industries, with innovative course offerings covering everything you actually need to know to be a successful instructor – from body composition to structuring a class and business. Our courses are taught by current instructing teachers to make everything relevant to real industry and designed carefully to fit around full time employment.
