Join Tara for this 30 minute Strength and conditioning class, focused on the lower body, with a banging soundtrack to keep your mind off the burn! Starting with a nice and strong 5 minute warm up, followed by a series of lower body supersets, all combining a weighted exercise, with a plyometric exercise to really burn out the muscle. And because Tara’s feeling extra kind, she’s given you a weighted ladder for a finisher! It’s a sweaty one this one… Enjoy! Ideally you’ll need 2 x medium/heavy dumbbells or kettlebells to really work on building your strength. Non-impact options are given throughout if you’re working with an injury or are doing the class somewhere where you don’t want to be making lots of noise!
