Choose a class based on how you feel. Some days you’re in the mood for a sweaty HIIT and some days you need Pilates. We’ve got a move for every mood.
A super sweaty, high intensity, heart raising class set to a banging house music soundtrack. All the vibes of a club but you know high on sweet endorphins. Bring your best energy to this fast moving class. Beginners are advised to try our beginner HIIT a few times before building up to this one.
Short on space or travelling? This class was filmed at the incredible Treehouse hotel London, to show just what you can do in a limited space! A 30 minute 'quickie' version of our super sweaty, high intensity class, which uses just your bodyweight to keep your heart rate high and challenge your muscular endurance.
This 40-minute class with Hannah packs a punch! A high powered full body strength workout using short sharp bursts of energy. You will work your entire body, improve your overall strength and get your heart pumping. EQUIPMENT Kettlebell and mat. Suggested weights. Beginner: 6-8kg, Intermediate: 10-12kg, Advanced: 14+
A bodyweight strength class with a little added spice. This class is perfect if you want to focus on technique and form while adding a little power. Expect lunges, squats, and press ups, changing that tempo every round (the burn!) and building up to a cheeky finisher combining all the moves you've learnt.
A strength class focused on making you stronger for everyday movement. You'll learn to nail technique and form to get better results avoid injury. Heck you'll be flinging sofas around with ease in no time if you fancy it. A mix of bodyweight and kettlebell exercises. No kettlebell? Get creative with a heavy backpack!
If you're looking to work on technique, form and build strength this is the class for you. Temi is the British and European deadlift record holder so you know you're in expert hands. Expect reps and sets with enough time to rest and recover in between. It's pretty much like a PT session but not as pricey!

Expect jump squats, pulses, pike press ups (the burn!) and 180 squats to finish. You'll have enough time between sets to recover.
