Join Ben Stott & Lily Juniper for this playful 90 mins Pilates class, where they take it in turns to teach each other, and you!

Everyone has their own flavour, their own energy, their own way and journey on the Pilates path. There is everything right in being unique and it’s time we celebrate that.

Different teachers give you different feels, so we are going to spending this time with two of the best – to be kind to our bodies, this Mental Health Week, and you know there’s going to be a banging soundtrack if Lily’s involved!

We believe in moving your body in a way that makes you FEEL great. We set out to disrupt the fitness industry by focusing on movement for mental health over aesthetics and bringing the FUN into fitness. The theme for this Mental Health Awareness week is Kindness. We’ve scheduled workshops across the week aimed to help you be kind to your mind, body and others around you. £4 from every booking is going to the charity Mind who are ensuring no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

BE KIND TO.. YOUR BODY – PILATES

Book via the Timetable from Saturday 16th May, and you will be sent an e-mail with all the details you need to join the workshop.

To make the most of your class, choose and set up a space for yourself – somewhere with enough space for your mat, but also a clear view of your screen!

Let your teacher know if you have any injuries, or are pre or post natal, by using the chat box at the start of the session.
