Setting Boundaries for a happier, healthier life

As we navigate the shifting landscape of the pandemic and lockdown, we’re having to continuously adapt our ways of living and working.
Lines between home and work have been blurred for a while now and it’s understandable that we’re feeling burnt out.
Overwhelm, burnout, resentment, guilt, feeling drained, feeling like you don’t have any control are all issues that can be helped by having an awareness of boundaries and by taking action to create better ones.
It’s now even more important to create and preserve boundaries with work and life to remain happy, stress free, focused and present.

In this workshop, we’ll look at how poor boundaries are showing up in your life and what you can do about it!

    To make the most of your class, choose and set up a space for yourself – somewhere that you will be comfortable and uninterrupted for the length of the session. Arrange the space to be calming and welcoming for you.

    You might want to have the following to hand: a Mat, Comfy Clothes, a note book & pen.
