Burnout to Balance Workshop

Setting Boundaries for a happier, healthier life

Wednesday 22nd July, 7pm

As we navigate the shifting landscape of the pandemic and lockdown, we’re having to continuously adapt our ways of living and working.
Lines between home and work have been blurred for a while now and it’s understandable that we’re feeling burnt out.
Overwhelm, burnout, resentment, guilt, feeling drained, feeling like you don’t have any control are all issues that can be helped by having an awareness of boundaries and by taking action to create better ones.
It’s now even more important to create and preserve boundaries with work and life to remain happy, stress free, focused and present.

In this workshop, we’ll look at how poor boundaries are showing up in your life and what you can do about it!

Key session takeaways:

  • Discussion on what poor boundaries look like
  • How they show up in different areas
  • Conquering ‘Zoom fatigue’ a dive into our digital boundaries – how to have healthy limits around screen time and social media
  • Actionable steps for behaviour change
  • Practical tools to strengthen boundaries to create more balance and harmony in your life as we emerge out of lockdown and beyond

Book via the Timetable from Wednesday 15th July, and you will be sent an e-mail with all the details you need to join the workshop.
