This year, as we celebrate PRIDE, our amazing Instructors have chosen a charity particularly close to their hearts, to donate all the proceeds from their classes to.

Your usual non stop dance cardio fun, accompanied by a proper camp, cheesy, diva playlist packed with hero’s and icons to guide you on your way to that sweet indoor-phin high! Get dressed up, let that hair down, and jam out to your heart’s content.
Prepare to leave all inhibitions at the door along with any built up stress, this is your place to own the dance floor and shake it off!
Dress to impress with glitter, colour, fans, whistles, rainbows and unicorns – we want it all!

Dan and Eian are raising money for AKT, which supports LGBTQ+ people aged 16-25 in the uk who are facing or experiencing homelessness or living in a hostile environment.

“Coming out, or being outed can lead to young people being made homeless. 24% of homeless young people identify as LGBTQ+. Once homeless, these young people are more likely to face violence and discrimination than young people who aren’t LGBTQ+. They’re also more likely to develop substance misuse issues and experience sexual exploitation. This can all take a huge toll on someone’s physical and mental health.

It breaks my heart that these young people don’t have loving, accepting families like mine. Eian’s parents where sadly not as accepting and still struggle with our relationship today, referring to me as ‘Eian’s flat mate’ after nearly 15 years together.

I hope this charity event will not only raise the money to help those in need but also proudly spotlight an exceptional charity that is so essential.”

Book via the Timetable, from Saturday 27th June, and you will be sent an e-mail with all the details you need to join the workshop.

To make the most of your class, choose and set up a space for yourself – somewhere with space to strut around without standing on the cat, or tripping over any furniture!

Let your teacher know if you have any injuries, or are pre or post natal, by using the chat box at the start of the session.
