Please note Wednesday 21st December 2016 is the last date we can guarantee domestic UK orders in time for Christmas.

Coming to class? Make a purchase online and have it ready and waiting for you in the studio of your choice for you to slip into pre-class. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is available to collect. We’ll always aim to have your purchase available to collect within 2 working days.

ALL OTHER DELIVERY METHODS

Although we do our very best to deliver your order to you the day after you purchase, the postal system sometimes slows us down. Therefore, please allow up to 5 working days for all UK Standard orders to reach you.

For UK Express delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm to receive next day delivery. Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday & orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please be patient as your order could take up to three weeks to arrive. But when it does, you won’t want to take it off. Unless it’s a book you’ve purchased. We don’t advise wearing books.

RETURNS

FRAME SHOP RETURN POLICY

Framers are the most important people in the world to us and it is essential that you are satisfied with your product. We handle each return query individually to ensure we can cater to your questions personally. We hope that you love everything you buy in the Frame Shop.

Should you wish to return any items purchased in the Frame Shop, please ensure that:
the items are returned within 14 days of delivery
the goods have not been worn
tags must still be attached
product(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and in original packaging
PLEASE NOTE – We can not offer refunds on any item purchased on sale. However, we are more than happy to exchange your item or offer you store credit if you wish to return an item bought in the sale.

ONLINE PURCHASES
For change of mind returns, all full price items that are unworn and in its original condition can be returned to Frame Shop Online or Frame Kings Cross for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

IN STUDIO PURCHASES:
For purchases made in studio, we can offer exchange or credit note for change of mind. Unfortunately we cannot offer full returns on items because of change of mind. Full price items can be exchanged in the studio the purchase was made for the value purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON AN ITEM?

ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase
Tags must still be attached
Product(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and in original packaging
Bring the item(s) along with your receipt to the studio from which it was purchased.

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Tags must still be attached
Product(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and in original packaging
Please email shop@moveyourframe.com with your order number, the item you’re returning and why.
Send the clothes to the following address or visit us in person at: Frame Shop (Frame), 227 Beethoven Street, Queen’s Park, W10 4LG
You will then be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will be refunded but we cannot reimburse you for your return shipping charges.
