DELIVERY INFORMATION & COSTS

UK
UK (England, Wales & Scotland) | £4.50 for delivery up to 1.5kg. £6.86 for delivery over 1.5kg.

Please note – due to Covid-19, we are not able to get to our warehouse as regularly. Orders will be sent out, via DPD next day delivery, every Wednesday lunchtime.

Please be aware, if you order at 1pm on Wednesday, your order will not be dispatched until the following week.

AMERICA | £22.50. Allow up to 2 – 4 working days.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND | £19.00. Allow up to 3 – 5 working days.

EUROPE ZONE 1 | £16.50. Allow up to 2 working days (Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands).

EUROPE ZONE 2 | £19. Allow up to 3 working days (Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Switzerland).

EUROPE ZONE 3 | £19. Allow up to 3 – 4 working days (Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain).

EUROPE ZONE 4 | £23. Allow up to 4 – 6 working days (Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden).

EUROPE ZONE 5 | £12. Allow up to 4 – 6 working days (Bulgaria, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia).

HONG KONG & INDIA | £16.50. Allow up to 2 – 4 working days.

REST OF WORLD | £25. Allow up to 4 – 5 working days.

CLICK & COLLECT

Coming to class? Make a purchase online and have it ready and waiting for you in the studio of your choice for you to slip into pre-class. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is available to collect. We’ll always aim to have your purchase available to collect within 2 working days.

All our orders are tracked so if something hasn’t turned up on time, get in touch at shop@moveyourframe.com.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please be patient as your order could take up to 5 working days longer to arrive. But when it does, you won’t want to take it off. Unless it’s a book you’ve purchased. We don’t advise wearing books.

FRAME SHOP RETURN POLICY

Framers are the most important people in the world to us and it is essential that you are satisfied with your product. We handle each return query individually to ensure we can cater to your questions personally. We hope that you love everything you buy in the Frame Shop.

Should you wish to return or exchange any items purchased in the Frame Shop, please ensure that:
The item(s) are returned within 14 days of purchase
The good(s) have not been worn and the tags must still be attached
Product(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and in original packaging

PLEASE NOTE – We cannot offer refunds on any item purchased on sale. However, we are more than happy to exchange your item bought in the sale.

ONLINE PURCHASES

For change of mind returns, all full price items that are unworn and in its original condition can be returned to any of our studios. You will need proof of purchase and all returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s)…

OR

Returns can be posted back to our Frame Hammersmith address for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please email shop@moveyourframe.com with your order number, the item you’re returning and why. You will then be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will be refunded but we cannot reimburse you for your return shipping charges.
