Be Kind To.. Yourself, Born This Way Dance Workshop

Join us to sweat and slay to your fave tunes! No experience necessary and all levels are welcome.

Saturday 23rd May, 2pm

Be kind to yourself and get ready for your self-esteem to go through the roof after spending 90-minutes with Vincent Merouze and Lady Gaga. Let loose and love yourself as baby you were “Born This Way.”

Nothing takes you to that happy place quite like mastering a slut drop or hair whip. Music Video is all about escaping the reality of every day and letting out your inner Queen Bey.

Challenge your co-ordination and mental agility by getting stuck into the routines of all your favourite artists. You may not be Beyonce (Yet!) but this class teaches you the skills to impress your buds on the dance floor with a new routine each week.

This class is so fun you’ll work your whole body without even realising it’s cardio. Build strength, stamina and flexibility with moves straight from MTV.

We believe in moving your body in a way that makes you FEEL great. We set out to disrupt the fitness industry by focusing on movement for mental health over aesthetics and bringing the FUN into fitness. The theme for this Mental Health Awareness week is Kindness. We’ve scheduled workshops across the week aimed to help you be kind to your mind, body and others around you. £4 from every booking is going to the charity Mind who are ensuring no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

We know the powerful effect movement can have in supporting Mental Health but if you need to talk to someone please do. Mind has a helpline and you can find full information here.

Book via the Timetable from Saturday 16th May, and you will be sent an e-mail with all the details you need to join the workshop.

To make the most of your class, choose and set up a space for yourself – somewhere with space to strut around without standing on the cat, or tripping over any furniture!

Let your teacher know if you have any injuries, or are pre or post natal, by using the chat box at the start of the session.
