Move your Frame is looking for a Content and Community Executive who is highly organised, data driven and has a strong eye for on-brand content, with a desire to work in a growing company in the fitness industry.

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, this role will be responsible for content creation and dissemination across email marketing, organic social and the CRM program, ensuring that all campaigns are built and executed in line with our brand values. This role will also manage the Frame community across all social channels, engaging with customers and encouraging user generated content. In addition to ad-hoc tasks across other community portals such as YouTube, the Move your Frame blog, digital partnership activation and business wide copy requests.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of user experience across the listed marketing channels, experience in managing a wide variety of social media channels, and passionate about building a community, with a strong vision for how these can be best applied.

You will interact closely with the studio and scheduling teams, outside agencies, marketing personnel and various other departments to develop, produce, and schedule campaigns through to completion. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional oral and written communication skills and be able to act as the face and voice of our brand.


  • Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies and increase engagement.
  • Providing engaging, on brand copy to work alongside brand imagery and co-ordinate these assets to create email marketing and organic social posts.
  • Work with the Head of digital/CRM freelancer to produce emails to improve the current CRM program.
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner with the support of in house studio members and the customer experience manager.
  • Monitor and report on feedback to the wider business.
  • Organise digital partnership assets to help build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with the studio and scheduling team to stay updated on new products and features

  • Proven work experience at a community/content role for 2+ years.
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter).
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
