Digital Marketing Executive, Frame, Full Time, London Initial 3 Month Probation Period This is a great opportunity for someone to join the marketing team in a fast-growing fitness brand. Essentials: – Passionate about Health and Fitness – Strong knowledge of the Frame brand values and diverse audience – Interest in and understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce – Basic image editing skills. Experience using Photoshop and / or InDesign – Experience using a CMS such as WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify or Magento – Working knowledge of HTML / CSS and website mock ups preferred – Attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously – Action-orientated / a doer / fast-paced / multi-tasker Good to have: – Experience using email marketing software such as Mailchimp – Knowledge of customer journey best practice (email and web) – E-commerce experience – Experience using Google Analytics – Strong short-form copywriting skills (social media captions, newsletter content, short form web/blog content) – A sharp sense of humour with the ability to tailor this to the Frame tone of voice Potential Areas Of Work (depending on prior experience): – Uploading promotions, classes and workshops on to the WordPress CMS and writing and uploading short-form blog posts. – Uploading retail products on to Shopify CMS and organising into collections etc. – Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimise the Frame Website and ensure it is SEO compliant. – Working with bloggers and influencers to increase referrals to the Frame Website. – Supporting online brand partnerships for co-promotional activity. – General support with internal communications such as editing templates using Photoshop – Supporting execution of social media accounts (Instagram, facebook, twitter) including monitoring customer service, scheduling posts, reporting and optimisation. – Event support eg coordinating goodie bags, checking in attendees etc – Helping out on retail / class shoots PAY: £22,000 PA pro-rata DOE WHEN: Contract will be for 40 hours (with ad-hoc work outside of normal office hours, eg for social media and events) starting ASAP.
