Frame is seeking a Paid Media Executive

Move your Frame is looking for a Paid Media Executive who is highly organised, data driven and confident at managing budgets, with a desire to work in a growing company in the fitness industry.

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, this role will be responsible for planning, execution and optimisation across all paid media channels including PPC, Display (retargeting and prospecting), Paid social (retargeting and prospecting) and lead gen initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of bidding management and how to launch optimized online campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic or revenue depending on the type of activity and tasked KPIs to focus on.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and digital. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.


  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers (new and returning).
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing paid company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. according to tasked KPI.
  • Track, monitor, and analyse Google & social media platforms and activities to drive improvement and optimisation.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Drive lead generation for qualified business opportunities.
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Maintain partnerships with media vendors.

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role for 2+ years.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, ideally coming from an agency background.
  • Experience with B2C social media and Google Adwords (Proven certificates a must).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
