Put your hands up if you would like to feel more powerful and ready to take on the world? This week will leave you feeling like a superhero! But what exactly is POWER? Power = Force x Velocity. In simple words, power is the ability to exert maximum force (strength) as quickly as possible (speed).
So in order to be able to execute Power moves, first we need to build our Strength and our Speed. I have chosen the below five classes to do just that. I recommend doing in the order below and don’t forget to have two rest days to allow your body recovery time.
