Why should you invest your time in yourself?… Because you’re worth it. Really! Who doesn’t want to feel stronger, stand taller, brighten your day even! These are four of my go-to on-demand classes that kick starts my day the right way.
My favourite time of day to exercise is first thing in the morning as it gives me great energy for the rest of the day. If you’re not a morning person find what works for you and pop it in your diary making it a non-negotiable ‘me time’. I like to vary my workout to compliment my mood. I mean, you don’t have to be a hero EVERY day!
