This is the perfect week for those who like their fitness served with a side of fun times. The four classes that I’ve chosen are led by Instructors with the most infectious energy. Although some would say that a party is an evening affair, lockdown has taught me one thing… dancing in the morning is the perfect way to set up your day to be full of energy and joy!
