WORKOUT WEEKS
For all of us, staying motivated this past year has been challenging, but the two things we have turned to for nourishment or fulfilment of the body and mind are food and movement. Which is why we have joined forces with FRAME as part of our 14-day Spring Equitox.
I have chosen the perfect workout week (that can be repeated twice on the plan) that gives a dynamic mix and balance of cardio, stretching, sculpting and dance – because we can all use a little escapism and fun after one of the most serious years any of us will face in our lifetime. These five classes can be done at the optimum time that works for you. Personally I like a morning class with rest days on Wednesdays and Sundays. Happy Framing!
