WORKOUT WEEKS
My favourite workout week is a mixture of different classes that keeps it fun and exciting. I usually incorporate one or two major sweat sessions to really get into gear and release those happy endorphins I love so much. I then mix it up with some serious sculpt classes. Variety is the spice of life – especially during lockdown!
This week is perfect if you’re looking for challenging but super fun workouts! It’s pretty amazing how much you can squeeze into shorter classes so I’ve included three ‘quickies’ that fit seamlessly into a busy week. Enjoy!
