1. FULL BODY WORKOUT
You will use small equipment and of course the ballet barre to work your entire body. With specific tracks to target the arms, thighs, butt and core.
By targeting both large muscle groups and smaller supporting muscles this class will sculpt in all the right places resulting in all over body tone.
The class is focused on isometric movements to work and fatigue the muscles before stretching them out to encourage length and flexibility.
