FRAME BARRE

A ballet and pilates inspired class to sculpt and tone the entire body. Although low impact, expect to work hard and feel the BURN. Choreography changes every 8 weeks.

1. FULL BODY WORKOUT

You will use small equipment and of course the ballet barre to work your entire body. With specific tracks to target the arms, thighs, butt and core.

2. TONING

By targeting both large muscle groups and smaller supporting muscles this class will sculpt in all the right places resulting in all over body tone.

3. FLEXIBILITY

The class is focused on isometric movements to work and fatigue the muscles before stretching them out to encourage length and flexibility.
