Way back in 2007 when the tiny seed of Frame sprouted after a surf trip and one too many G&T’s, we scribbled down a plan for a business that would be a force for good. One that would disrupt the fitness industry, making movement something you’d WANT to do because it makes you FEEL GREAT, not something you HAD to do, because you were guilted into it.

Business decisions are always made with the impact on people, planet and profit at the forefront and over the past 15 years of trading, we have continuously looked to challenge both the industry and ourselves in the way in which we do business.
