Way back in 2007 when the tiny seed of Frame sprouted after a surf trip and one too many G&T’s, we scribbled down a plan for a business that would be a force for good. One that would disrupt the fitness industry, making movement something you’d WANT to do because it makes you FEEL GREAT, not something you HAD to do, because you were guilted into it.
As a founder-owned, independent business, our main goal is to have a positive and sustainable impact on the lives of our Framers. Business decisions are always made with the impact on people, planet and profit at the forefront and over the past 15 years of trading, we have continuously looked to challenge both the industry and ourselves in the way in which we do business.
Diversity and inclusion has always been a huge part of our brand. We welcome employees, suppliers and customers across all age groups, genders and ethnicities. Where possible we keep prices and barriers to entry as low as possible to make Frame accessible to as many people as possible, based on the belief that health and wellbeing shouldn’t be reserved for the young and wealthy.
We are BEYOND PROUD to become officially certified with a B Impact Score of 95.4 and to be joining an incredible community of B Corp Certified businesses, all of them believing business can be used as a force for good. This is just the start for us and we’ll continue to work with our amazing team, our partners, suppliers and of course our beloved Frame Community to drive positive change as we move forward.
