Air Mandala Yoga Workshop

During this Air Mandala workshop Fran will lead you through a dynamic Vinyasa fluid yoga practice moving 360 degrees around the mat, connecting breath rhythmically with movement. The Air sequence is specifically targeted at opening the heart and lungs. We will be moving through a sequence of heart awakening asanas including a series of backbends connecting to anahata chakra. Air mandala can leave you feeling exhilarated and energised and is the perfect antidote for desk life. Expect a flow of meditative postures, pranayama, and mudra with opening and closing yin postures to balance the nervous system and harmonise the energetic body and mind. The practice is open level and many options will be given for all levels, however some yoga experience is recommended.
