Get a dancer’s physique using ballet moves and strength building exercises both at the barre and in the centre of the room to create a long, lean, toned body. We’ll also work on improving balance, core stability and flexibility.
Dance cardio is 45 mins of non stop dance accompanied by some big tunes to transport you to your happy place. You come, you let that hair down, and jam out to your hearts content. All inhibitions are left at the door, easy choreography to follow.
