LUNCHTIME RESET YOGA
The perfect lunch break. 45 minutes of yoga asana and pranayama to calm the mind and body before re-energising you, ready for whatever your afternoon has in store. This is a calming, centering class with a specific focus on the back body and opening up the heart, to counteract any bad posture that we're all guilty of whilst staring at a laptop. The flow will remain slow rather than sweaty, so that you can get from class back to your day, with minimum effort.
FOR THE MIND
Yoga takes you from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system. Big words that basically mean you feel less stressed and calmer. Focusing on your flow is great to clear a busy mind!
FOR THE BODY
Focusing on your back body and opening up the heart, this class helps realign the body with stretches that target your neck, shoulders, back and hip flexors.
