SWEAT sessions are run by our top class PT team. With a maximum of 6 people in the group you will be given the individual attention you need to improve technique, whilst also having nowhere to hide - encouraging you to push through the pain (oh, it WILL be painful) to see results. The workout is based on the principles of metabolic conditioning, using equipment in the PT studio such as battle ropes, kettlebells and slam balls. Expect to get super sweaty and to hate our kick ass PTs only to love them again once it’s all over.
STRENGTH sessions are run by our top class PT team. With a maximum of 6 people in the group you will be given the individual attention you need to improve technique and to push you beyond your comfort zone, resulting in improvements to both strength and endurance. This circuit-style class uses the equipment in our PT studio and is suitable for both newcomers to strength training and those looking for motivation and support to take them to the next level.
Box Train will make you strong, lean and toned, split into three stations of punching bags, treadmills and body weight training this is a full body workout. Perfect for releasing any pent-up frustration.
This class will push your body to the max! An intense and full-on class combining conventional and unconventional rowing workouts, along with speed, explosive and strength moves to create a serious sweat.
This is Low Impact Training, but with all the intensity you’d expect from a Frame class. So NO jumping and NO running, but still a challenging fun workout using conventional and unconventional moves on the water rower, with resistance bands and kettlebells.
A high powered strength workout using Kettlebells and Cardio stations including treadmills, floor work or rowing. Expect a variety of strength based Kettlebell moves teamed with challenging cardio bursts. This class will work your entire body, improve your overall strength and get your heart pumping.
Ready to get your sweat on? Frame Cardio is a full body workout, prepare to get your heart racing and sweat dripping. Using treadmills and plyometric excercises Frame Cardio will push you to your limits (don't say we didn't warn you) but we can guarantee your endorphins will be buzzing after.
This class combines suspension training on the TRX with high energy HIIT and weights to work your entire body. You'll leave feeling strong and lean, ready to take on the world.
