How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
I’m able to navigate the waves of life with a lot more ease, clarity and grounding.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Eating well, practicing mindfulness and getting a good night’s sleep. 8 hours minimum! Also, spending time with beautiful souls.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Being kind is a gift, not a weakness.
