What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

I want every Framer to simply live their best life, and have fun whilst getting a workout! My playlists will definitely give you that positive energy and good vibes you want whilst exercising. You’ll feel like you’re at a party, but we’ll still be working and getting our sweat on. Don’t be afraid of letting go, I promise you won’t regret it!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I’m a dancer and lots of people assume you’re automatically fit – wrong! You have to actually work out as well to keep your fitness up – and what better way than to become an instructor?! I love instructing and dancing/working out to music, so Frame Dance & Fitness is perfect for me!

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Louise Thompson, she is just super cute. And fit obviously!

What is your signature style?

Anyone who knows me knows I’m a huge Michael Jackson fan, so it’s definitely the moonwalk. The key is to not put all your weight on the sliding back foot, so you can let that foot glide easier hun.

What makes you, you?

I’m a really silly person, as in I don’t take life too seriously. Always giggling at something and like making others laugh too! Life is too short.

What does your downtime look like?

First things first, eat. When you’re half Italian, you don’t have a choice but to prioritise food. Not complaining! Other than that, meeting friends, having a few pink gins, or choreographing in my bedroom. It never stops…

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

No one is you and that is your power!

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??

Huge animal lover over here, so would be a vet – not that I’m capable of nursing animals, but just so I can pet the babies!!
