What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I began as a professional dancer, keeping fit to keep up with the physical demands of the job and just fell in love with group exercise classes. I always planned to move into fitness after I’d finished dancing, but I couldn’t wait and now I do both.
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
I love exercising at Frame as I attend a mix of classes; barre, Pilates, Yoga, fitness and dance keeping my body strong and subtle for the demands dancing.
Hula hooping. All-day every day. If you get too close you’re in the danger zone and I can’t guarantee I won’t hit you with a hoop.
